We guarantee orders to be with you within three working days of ordering, unless we inform you otherwise or if there are unforeseen delays with regards to Royal Mail or our couriers.
Please ensure that someone will be at home to take your order. We are happy to deliver to work addresses or direct to neighbours, if you know you're going to be out and about. Your post person/courier will post a card through your letterbox for undelivered items. They will then be held at your nearest post office branch where you can collect at your earliest convenience or arrange for a re-delivery.

Total Raw Food accept no responsibility for orders that have been pre-arranged to be left outside of a property.
We also accept no responsibility for orders that have been requested for a dispatch to the wrong address.
