Winter Warming Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • Slice of Red Hot Chilli Pepper
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • A bunch of Basil
  • 1/4 cup of Water
  • 2 fresh, juicy Dates
  • 2 Avocados

  • If you have a Dehydrator, turn it on full power to warm it up. Put your serving bowls in there too. If you don't have a dehydrator, switch your oven on, on it's lowest setting and leave the door slightly open.
  • Add all of the above ingredients to your blender, and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Give it a taste.
  • Pour the soup into a shallow Pyrex dish and place in you dehydrator / oven until warm. Usually about 45 mins.
  • Take your warmed bowls out of the dehydrator / oven, pour, serve and enjoy immediately.
  • Tastes great as a dip for your Tomato and Basil Crisps...
