Winter Warming Soup
Ingredients
- 5 Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- Slice of Red Hot Chilli Pepper
- 1 clove of Garlic
- A bunch of Basil
- 1/4 cup of Water
- 2 fresh, juicy Dates
- 2 Avocados

- If you have a Dehydrator, turn it on full power to warm it up. Put your serving bowls in there too. If you don't have a dehydrator, switch your oven on, on it's lowest setting and leave the door slightly open.
- Add all of the above ingredients to your blender, and blend until thick and creamy.
- Give it a taste.
- Pour the soup into a shallow Pyrex dish and place in you dehydrator / oven until warm. Usually about 45 mins.
- Take your warmed bowls out of the dehydrator / oven, pour, serve and enjoy immediately.
- Tastes great as a dip for your Tomato and Basil Crisps...
