Tomato & Basil Crisps
Ingredients
- 8 - 10 Large juicy organic Tomatoes
- 2 Handfuls of Basil
You will need...

* Top Dehydrator Tip - If you don't own one you can use your oven on it's lowest setting with the door open.
The next step...
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour onto a dehydrator sheet, with a Teflex sheet or tray (depending on the manufacture) underneath to hold the mixture
- Dehydrate for around 12 hours
- After 6 hours, you can take the solid sheet / tray away, to allow the air to circulate properly through the recipe
- When the mixture is crispy and completly dry, you can peel it from the tray in strips
- Tastes great with a raw Hummus Dip!
