Tomato & Basil Crisps

Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 Large juicy organic Tomatoes
  • 2 Handfuls of Basil

You will need...

* Top Dehydrator Tip - If you don't own one you can use your oven on it's lowest setting with the door open.

The next step...

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour onto a dehydrator sheet, with a Teflex sheet or tray (depending on the manufacture) underneath to hold the mixture
  • Dehydrate for around 12 hours
  • After 6 hours, you can take the solid sheet / tray away, to allow the air to circulate properly through the recipe
  • When the mixture is crispy and completly dry, you can peel it from the tray in strips
  • Tastes great with a raw Hummus Dip!
