10 Tips on Eating Raw Food

1. Eat enough fruit so as not to experience any cravings for sweets, starches, or fatty foods.
2. Eat enough vegetables so as not to experience any cravings for anything else.
3. Get enough exercise so as to keep your calorie intake at least double your basal metabolic requirements.
4. Get enough sleep so that you can go through every day in a well-rested state.
5. Learn which foods, especially fruits, are in season, so as to capitalize on getting the highest quality foods at the lowest prices.
6. Develop relationships with the people from whom you purchase your food. They will take better care of you.
7. Grow as much of your own food as you possibly can.
8. Eat fruit to start each meal, until you are fully satiated and certain that you will not find yourself looking for sweets at the end of the meal.
9. Keep your house fully stocked with at least 1 week's worth of food, in order to insure that you always have a ready supply of ripe fruit.
10. Share your food, and your lifestyle, with the people you love.
