Streaks Ahead

Let’s face it, this diet isn’t just about getting healthy, it’s about getting ahead!

If health was the only reason, we would get bored after a week of embarking on this diet, in a nutshell, because as a race, we are so very competitive, so there is an extra bonus in wanting to take on raw food full or part time. This bonus is to get ahead in life – to look younger, feel younger, attract more powerfully and think more powerfully.

At the end of the day we all want the best out of our own lives, and to embrace the good things. We want to enjoy being the person our DNA strands invented, and whom our parents and experiences developed into the people we are today, more importantly, with our own beliefs, actions and decisions the major explanation for who we really are.

Power is ours to use as we wish, and we all have responsibility over our own lives and successes, or shortcomings. Power in this context isn’t power to control and demand or to dominate, but power to be whom we want, in the way we want.

So what has all this got to do with raw food? Well since raw food is our natural diet, we will thrive in life and become a super person by simply taking on some new lifestyle choices, that will at first seem daunting, but really on the grand scale, will reap the benefits for anyone taking this route. This will occur more so under certain conditions, attitudes and theories, but nonetheless it will be a step into feeling great and getting ahead, and even getting out of the negativity of society and the monotonous day to day life that everyone has the potential to say goodbye to.

With me my life changed from the instant I became 100% raw, and though it took time, I ironed out so much in my life that I can now say I feel the most free I have ever done, and that feeling of freedom is something not to be taken lightly. It is freedom from fatigue and de-motivation, and more importantly, freedom from my alarm clock!

I go to the gym nearly every day and see the sweat and effort people go through to get fit. I hardly sweat and I get to see improvement in what I can lift or how far I can step. Improvement comes slowly or with a great deal of effort on any SAD diet or anything close to it, and I secretly revel in the knowledge that I know. I know how to live well, and how to hit the next goal time after time.

In short, I know how to get ahead, and it feels good!
