I am so excited to introduce you to my third ebook; Raw Baby - The Weaning Guide for a Natural Start. I have wanted to write a weaning guide for parents and carers long before I even became pregnant with my own baby. As a former nanny, I saw for myself how much confusion there is out there when the time comes to introducing your child to solid food.
If you are vegetarian, vegan or raw vegan, then weaning your child in line with your ideals and values may cause you to feel even more confused and unsure when trying to seek outside advice. Health Visitors and other health care professionals provide a much needed support service to parents. However, when it comes to advising on the infant diet, they are not always the best source to turn to. Parents are often given the same general diet information, without taking into account the families individual needs and wants.
Raw Baby is essentially an ebook that refers to weaning a child onto a plant based diet for optimum health and wellbeing. I detail our own experiences of weaning our son Leo from an exclusive diet of Breast and Raw Almond/Hemp Milk to a vegan diet high in natural living foods.
This ebook is full of personal, anecdotal advice and information from our own experiences. I speak about what happened when I took Leo to see an NHS Dietician and explained that we are raising a high raw, vegan child under health and ethical grounds. I also cover much ground that no other author or nutritional professional has ever written about.
Raw Baby is a must read for parents, carers and parents-to-be who are about to or are in the process of weaning a child. This ebook will also be an invaluable reference guide for those wishing to wean onto a vegan, high raw, living foods diet. Equally, it proves to be a great read for those following a standard UK diet and want ideas and advice on incorporating natural, whole foods into your child's daily meals.

Environmentally Friendly eBooks
eBooks are the most environmentally friendly format for authors to share their work. Paper isn’t needlessly wasted as you have the choice of printing the entire ebook, printing only the sections you need (like the recipes) or not printing it at all and alternatively referring to it directly from your computer. It’s great to know that you have the choice of saving trees and therefore the planet by having your own printing options.
